HOW TO BECOME A CUSTOMER AT DRHMARKET?
Register by completing this form. You will then receive full access to the website. And then you can view custom items and prices and send reservations and price inquiries.
HOW TO REQUEST ONLINE A PRICE OFFER WITHOUT COMMITMENT?
Follow the 3 steps. And you will receive your price offer by e-mail within 2 working days. You can then compare our prices with those of your current supplier.
1. Choose your products
Log in and choose from the product categories in the left column or search by keyword in the field at the top of the screen.
a) by product categories
All product categories are listed in the left column. By clicking on a category, you get an overview of all subcategories. By clicking on it, you access a list of products with their article number, their full name and the quantity per box or pallet. Click on the product name for a description and photo.
b) by keyword
Enter one or more keywords in the field at the top of the screen, separated by a space. A keyword can be a brand, a type of product such as "jam". You can also directly indicate an article number (Barcode).
2. Add the products of your choice to your selection
Indicate the desired number of packages or pallets. Click on the add button, and the products will automatically be included in your selection.
You can see a preview of your selection and adjust the quantities.
3. Send your price request
Is your container complete? Click on “Preview selection”. Click "Continue", verify the delivery address, indicate the delivery conditions and add a comment if necessary. Then click "Continue". You will automatically receive a confirmation email.
HOW CAN I SEE THE CONTENT OF MY SELECTION?
Click on "Preview of the selection" for a complete overview of your products. You also see the total weight (in kg) and volume (in dm³) of your order.
Note: a 20ft container contains a volume of 30,000 dm³, a 40ft container 60,000 dm³ and a 40ft HC container 70,000 dm³.< /span>
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY QUANTITIES?
Replace the given amount with a new one and click "Edit".
HOW TO DELETE ARTICLES?
Click the trash can next to the item.
DO I HAVE TO PAY VAT, PACKAGING TAXES, EXCISE OR OTHER TAXES?
The sale prices on our site are personalized prices, without VAT, packaging taxes, excise or other export taxes outside of France. Ask our sales team to find out if you need to pay taxes.
In France, alcoholic beverages liquids, sodas and water are subject to excise duty. If the items are packaged in disposable packaging, they will be subject to a packaging charge.
HOW TO COMPOSE MY PERSONAL BASE LIST?
There are two possibilities:
1) Make a first selection using the assortment listed in the left column. Then click on “Preview selection”. Tick in the overview the products you want to add to your personal basic list.
2) Clicking on a product takes you to its page. You can indicate there that you want to add it to your personal basic list. To remove it, click the trash can in your list.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I PAY?
Under "Selection Overview" is shown the total "Ex Works" price of your goods. The prices shown on this page are custom prices.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?
100% payment by bank transfer for order acceptance.
CAN I ALSO CONTACT DRHMARKET FOR TRANSPORT?
We offer your choice of FCA, FOB or CIF delivery. As a last resort, we take care of export documents, insurance (“door to door”) and all port formalities on departure. The loading slip will be sent to you by post. In this way, we keep control over your orders from the supplier to the port of destination. This is the guarantee of perfect service at very low prices.
WHAT IS THE STORAGE LIMIT OF MY PRODUCTS?
Once logged in, you will see the minimum expiration date for each product on the detail page. All the maximum sale dates of the products are also indicated on the tailor-made offer that we send to you.
